Withdrawal from purchase (except customized kimono)  If it was purchased, received the product in perfect condition, and still did not feel satisfied, you can request through sac@cascagrossawear.com.br, cancellation of purchase, the following process: 
 

• Sign the waiver of purchase within 7 days after receiving the product; 
• The goods must be returned by the post office with postage paid by the customer to the address of the tough guy; 
• The product must be returned in original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, labels, manuals;
• You will need to send invoices and write back of one the reason for the return, name, social security number and telephone number;
• The product may not contain any hint of use / wash

Custom items are those for which you determine its characteristics, either through text , materials, color or layout.
